COMPETITION REGULATIONS

Basic Information

Matches will be played on 12-16 ITTF JOOLA (DUOMAT and WORLD CUP) competition tables using plastic JOOLA Flash 3*.

Matches will be played in group stages in a “Round Robin” format, with each match played in a “best of five” format. The top two players from each group will advance to the elimination bracket (knockout stage).

In addition to their own category, a player may register for an older age category. However, they may only compete in one category per day.

There will be no match for third place (it will be shared).

Results from the competition will count towards the Table Tennis Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina ranking lists.

The organizer reserves the right to make minor changes after player registration and the draw.

The organizer, the chief referee, and the tournament manager hold the right to interpret the regulations.

ELIGIBILITY

All players, whether affiliated with clubs or associations or not, nationals or foreign nationals, are eligible to register for the tournament. By registering, players confirm that they are in good health and participate at their own risk.

PRIZES

The organizer will provide sports trophies (cups, medals, and certificates) for all individuals who finish from first to third place. Additionally, merchandise prizes will be provided for all medal winners.

REGISTRATION FEE

The registration fee for players from Bosnia and Herzegovina is 20 KM in all categories.

For foreign players, the registration fee is 15 EUR in all categories, except in the senior category, where it is 20 EUR.

REGISTRATION

To participate in the BL Trophy competition, complete and submit the registration form on the official tournament website www.bltrophy.com, or send the completed form to registration@bltrophy.com.

Entries must be submitted no later than Wednesday, March 25, 2026, by 4 p.m.

The list of registered players will be published on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, by 11 p.m.

The draw will be conducted on Thursday, March 26, 2026, by 8 p.m.

BULLETIN

The bulletin will be available on the official tournament website www.bltrophy.com 10 p.m. on Thursday, March 26, 2026. www.bltrophy.com.

U15 Cadets- born in 2011 or later (starting at 11:00 a.m.)

U9 Subcategory for Youngest Cadets- born in 2017 or later (starting at 9:00 a.m.)
U13 Younger Cadets – born in 2013 or later (starting at 10:00 a.m.)
U19 Juniors – born in 2007 or later (starting at 12:00 p.m.)

The above schedule is tentative. The organizer will publish the exact schedule on the official tournament website 48 hours before the tournament begins.
